What does black unity look like to the body

Unity can be composed into one word sharing.

When you share you produce unity. It is like the human body, when the first cell that you were born with starts sharing chromatin and chromosomes with the other cells and they start to multiply, it builds systems. It can build a liver, it can build a spinal cord, it can build a brain but it all started from one cell. The one cell is the worthy idea, when you share the worthy idea amongst your family, that is how you build unity. We can still keep our diversity, because the body is still diverse. You cannot make everyone Muslim, you cannot make everyone Christian, you cannot make everyone Ifa.

There has to be an underpinning to it, the underpining to it is the Blackness/Africanity that is rooted in your culture, because as long as you are rooted in your Black/African culture then you are fine. When you let malicious foreign substances or a virus in your body and share that with other people, you can make your  body, family or community sick. So, you have to share something that is worthy of sharing.

When you study African traditions, sharing worthy ideas with the collective was one of the core practices of the culture.
